This is the 2nd job we have had done with Plants Directs and they didn't disappoint again. Randy is wonderful to deal with and has great ideas. Mauricio and his team worked hard and listened to make sure it was what we envisioned. They have created our backyard oasis. Thanks Plants Direct!!

The POA community of Harborview recently spent $17,000 with Plants Direct to landscape two “grassed over islands”. This was done on 7/20 and 7/22 and when completed looked awesome and the community and BOD were pleasured with the expenditure spent for the project. Fast forward to today we have now realized during the installation process “Plants Direct” did not correctly remove the established grass and weeds, basically skimmed the surface prior to plantings. The two islands in less than a week have weeds and grass growing up through the applied mulch and looks absolutely terrible. In fact, it is so bad that our weekly landscaping company yesterday “weedwhacked” the islands. When our BOD approached Plants Direct to correct the situation, we were told just spray the weeds with weed killer and throw down some “Preen” and that will solve the problem. Plants Direct does have a wonderful selection of landscaping plants, but please do not use them to install their product. In our case they needed to at least remove six inches of the established weeds and grass prior to planting. Hopefully Plants Direct will come back out to Harborview (at their expense) and corr

Was down from New Jersey for my daughter’s college. I wanted to bring back a Palm Tree. We stopped off at Plants Direct Nursery in Conway, SC. They were extremely knowledgeable and had a gorgeous selection to choose from. Going back down to Conway in the middle of August and, definitely plan on swinging back through there Nursery.

We stopped by here this morning to get a replacement windmill palm. We were joyfully greeted by Mary to assist us. She got us what we needed, loaded in the car (it’s a smaller palm), gave some instructions, and off we went. This palm is to replace another palm we bought off of them in the spring. It did really well but unfortunately, someone poured gasoline on it and killed it. We had a good overall experience here.
